Rubicon, Tenon Clearwood Limited Partnership's (TCLP) largest shareholder, has advised the market that subject to shareholder approval it has agreed to sell its remaining 45% share in TCLP. The proposed buyers are Dorset Management Corporation and Libra Partners NZ, LLC.
